Claire Furlong, who is with ICC in the communication department, was quick to investigate the issue with the complainant and the security. Complainant Da Souza, who is watching the match from New Zealand, said that due to low crowds, things can be heard clearly on the live broadcast.
Furlong quickly identified two persons in the crowd who were indeed not behaving appropriately and were immediately picked up by security and removed from the venue.
Can you let me know where you are sat and I’ll report it to the security team? Thanks

Ahh ok, I’ll pass to security and see if they can root them out! Thanks again for bringing it to our attention and enjoy the rest of the game.

Just to let you know, two individuals have been identified and removed from the venue for their conduct. Thanks for taking the time to contact @ajarrodkimber and I, we really don’t stand for that sort of behaviour in cricket.
