When fast bowling proved fruitless, captain Joe Root decided to bowl himself. In his spell, the English skipper bowled a short of length delivery, a video of which is getting viral on social media. Cricket Australia have shared this video on their official Twitter handle.

In this video, one can see twin-century scorer Usman Khawaja is on strike while Root, who is bowling the first ball of the over, bowls a short pitch delivery which receives an uneven bounce and goes as a bounce to Khawaja, who ducks to avoid getting hit on the head.

After this delivery, Usman Khawaja is seen jibing in a friendly manner with Joe Root, telling him that his quota of one bouncer in an over is done, while Root is seen smiling. Talking about the match, day 5 of this test promises to bring excitement and thrill as the two teams battle it out in a game where three results are possible right now.
