WATCH: Cheteshwar Pujara Makes His Presence Felt; Scores Fifty On Sussex Debut
Cheteshwar Pujara smacked a fifty on his Sussex debut.
These have been a rough couple of years for Cheteshwar Pujara. His loss of form and lack of centuries made his strong portfolio a bit weak. The lack of runs and the outburst of Indian batting talent finally hit him when he was dropped for the home series vs Sri Lanka in February 2022.
He went back to Ranji Trophy to get back into the rhythm and scored a few runs here and there. To further level up his game and face a new variety of bowlers in tough conditions - Pujara went to Sussex to play County cricket in England.
