David Warner has always been the crowd favorite. He loves interacting with the fans on and off the field irrespective of the circumstances he is in.
On day 1 of the 2nd Ashes Test, Warner was playing tremendously and was five runs short of his 25th test century. Unfortunately, Warner found the only fielder standing in the offside, Stuart Broad, and handed him a simple catch, trying to find a boundary.

The disappointment on his face was visible as he began to walk off the field with both hands trying to console his head and teary eyes. Warner fell in the nineties for two times in a row.

Even though his face was down, he didn't fail to notice the kids in the stands trying to get a glimpse of him when he reached near the boundary ropes. Warner instantly took out his batting gloves and gave them to one of the kids.
