England batters, especially openers, are not in their best forms. One of the major reasons why England are struggling in tests is their batting. But, it looks like the management has finally thought of something out of the box to try to bring their batters back in the right shape.
England openers - Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed - have so far returned with scores of 0, 25, 27, 13, 6, 4, 34, and 0. Australian pitches are fast and bouncy, where the batters need to have a strong backfoot game.

The incumbent English openers, Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed were put though some unique ‘balance’ tests by assistant coach Ant Botha, which included them batting on one leg, like they were playing hopscotch, with Hameed even at one point batting with one hand & on one leg #Ashes pic.twitter.com/MkcfbQ6jFs
