CSK vs LSG: In the 6th match of IPL 2023, Chennai Super Kings posted a massive total of 217 runs after batting first. Even though the openers played a big part to reach this score but MS Dhoni's huge sixes in the last over also made the job easy for CSK. Dhoni came out to bat on the 2nd delivery of the 20th over, against Lucknow Super Giants pacer Mark Wood.

Even though Mark Wood started the over with a wicket, MS Dhoni dispatched the 2nd delivery over the third man for a six on his first ball. After this, Mark Wood retracted with a fiery bouncer but the finisher supreme was unmoved as he played a pull shot to smack a huge six. The consecutive sixes sent the fans into a frenzy at Chepauk and filled the atmosphere with excitement.

A video of these two sixes has surfaced on social media and is getting viral. However, MS Dhoni tried to smack another maximum on the next delivery but was dismissed in the process. Before Dhoni, the audience witnessed fiery knocks from Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway. 

The openers added 110 runs for the first wicket. Before getting dismissed, Gaikwad smacked 57 runs off 31 balls and gave a thunderous start to his team. After Gaikwad was dismissed, Devon Conway couldn't hold the crease for long and was dismissed after scoring 47 runs in 29 balls. After these two were dismissed, the CSK batting faltered a bit and ultimately managed 217 runs in 20 overs.
