IPL 2022 SRH vs RR - Jos 'the Boss' Buttler is one of the best T20 batters in the world at the moment. However, India's ace swing bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar almost got out Jos Buttler with his fiery over right at the start of the match. Buttler was dismissed but the fortune gave the left-handed batter a lifeline as the umpire signalled 'no-ball'.

Bhuvneshwar set up Jos Buttler beautifully with 4 excellent deliveries, not allowing the batter to score a single run. On the 5th delivery, Buttler edged an out swinging full delivery to Abdul Samad at first slip, who took the catch safely. Bhuvi started celebrating but the umpire signalled a no-ball and Buttler turned around back towards the middle.

After getting a lifeline on duck, Buttler didn't hang on it and smacked fast bowler Umran Malik with all his skills on display. The English batter smacked the bowler from Jammu for 21 runs in a single over. However, it is noteworthy that Buttler was given another lifeline in the same over.

The SRH batter Abdul Samad, fielding at slip, who took Jos' catch off Bhuvneshwar's no ball, dropped his catch in Umran Malik's over. While talking about the match, Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Kane Williamson won the toss & opted to bowl first against Rajasthan Royals in the 5th match of the IPL 2022. At the time of writing this piece, Rajasthan Royals are at 148/3 in 15 overs, with Sanju Samson at the crease for RR, with Devdutt Padikkal dismissed on the last ball of the 14th over.
