Mitchell Starc came running against Rory Burns after England captain Joe Root opted to bat first at a green wicket on a cloudy morning. Starc got a hint of swing on the very first ball as the ball crashed into the stumps of Burns, who tried to play the ball to fine leg.

It was only the fourth time a wicket fell on the first ball of an Ashes Test. 

They might say it wasn't the most hyped-up series this time but the way Starc and the whole of Australia celebrated the wicket, showed how much the wicket meant for the team.

One of the reasons why Starc was so pumped during his celebrations was the fact that many experts didn't have confidence in the left-arm pacer and wanted Jhye Richardson in the playing XI in place of him.
