CSK vs RCB IPL 2022: There are some match-ups that are evenly balanced and fun to watch, while some are just one-sided domination. The matchup between Ravindra Jadeja the bowler and Glenn Maxwell the batter is more of the latter. In the IPL 2022 match between CSK & RCB, Jadeja dismissed Maxwell yet again.

Batting at 26 runs in just 10 balls with 4 fours & 2 sixes as RCB were looking to chase down a huge total after losing two quick wickets in the early part of the innings. In the 7th over of the innings, Maxwell took on Jadeja on the first delivery as he rocked back in his crease and smacked the shortish ball through covers for a four.

On the 4th delivery of the over, a 97.3 kph delivery was bowled by Jadeja on short length. Maxwell rocked back to pull it, the ball didn't spin and skid off the deck to crash straight into the off stump. This is the seventh time in T20 cricket Jadeja has dismissed Maxwell. 

In 13 innings against each other, Glenn Maxwell has faced 53 balls in all of the T20s. Even though the batter has scored 71 runs in these innings at a strike rate of 133.96, the left-arm slow bowler has managed to dismiss the 'Big Show' in 7 innings at an average of 10.14.

Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis won the toss & opted to bowl first against Chennai Super Kings in the 22nd match of IPL 2022. Shivam Dube scored an unbeaten 95 runs in 46 balls while Robin Uthappa smacked 88 runs in 50 balls as these two etched a partnership of 165 runs to take CSK to a humongous total of 216/4 in 20 overs. For RCB, Josh Hazlewood & Wanindu Hasaranga picked up 2 wickets each. This match is being played at Dr DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai.
