WATCH: Starc Cleans Up Malan In The 1st Over With An Unplayable Delivery; Attains A Tough Record In ODI Cricket
Mitchell Starc wreaked havoc in the very first over of England's innings, picking up two wickets and setting up Australia's win in the 2nd ODI.
AUS vs ENG: In the 2nd ODI between Australia and England at Sydney Crick Ground, Sydney, Australia posted 280 runs on the board in 50 overs after opting to bat first. When England came out for the chase, Mitchell Starc shook the English batting in the very 1st over of the innings. Firstly, Starc dismissed Jason Roy for a duck and then he dismissed the in-form batter, Dawid Malan, for a duck as well.
The delivery which cleaned up Malan was an unplayable delivery which many would agree with. This was the 5th delivery of the first over where Malan's bails went flying into the air. Malan looked completely clueless against Starc's pace and swing and was clean-bowled. The ball was swift enough that it seemed it would beat any batter in the world.

A video of this wicket is getting viral on the internet now. Starc pitched the delivery on a good length and the angle drew Malan into the clip. However, the ball pitched and deviated cruelly, passed Malan's closed bat face and crashed into the off stump.
