Steve Smith looked in good touch as 12 runs off 19 balls with 2 'eye-treating' boundaries. The commentators in the comm. box was all praises for this Australian batter and the way he tackles with the short deliveries, especially since he's ready for the short ball as a relevant field was set.

As soon as commentators talked about this - Steve Smith gave away his wicket on a good-short length ball. Mark Wood bowled short of length, around the imaginary sixth-seventh stump line. It seemed like Steve Smith was clueless as he edged it behind Jos Buttler. Cricket Australia posted a video with the caption 'How about that for a commentator's curse! Man facepalming. Wood finds the edge of Smith #Ashes'
