WATCH: Steve Smith's Theatre Of Cricket
AUS v PAK: Steve Smith got distracted by the moving camera and even the Pakistani flag.
Steve Smith is a character. He is probably Australia's best modern day batter, or even the world's but he's still a distracted kid from the inside. He loves batting and piling on runs, especially in test cricket.
He isn't a traditional batter. Smith moves all the time - doing things with his hands, feet, head, and bat. But his eyes are always on the ball. Smith loves batting so much that even a mild distraction will make him irritated. He doesn't want to get out due to some movement his 360 degree peripheral movement caught.

Throughout day 1 of the third Australia vs Pakistan test match, Smith tried to come in peace with the distractions in the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore - which is hosting a test match after 2009.
At the beginning of his innings, the camera kept making him uncomfortable. Smith immediately asked the camera to stop moving when the bowler is in his runup.

The distractions kept going even when the camera stopped. Smith even got distracted by the Pakistani flag hoisted in the site screen area. The flag had to be eventually dropped down after Smith's constant complaints.

The flag was only hoisted back after Smith got out on 59 after facing 169 balls. Naseem Shah got the ball to reverse a little bit and it struck the pads of the Australian number four as he walked back to the pavilion after a theatrical show at the Gaddafi Stadium.
Yep, that’s out @iNaseemShah’s hardwork pays off. #BoysReadyHain l #PAKvAUS pic.twitter.com/x0dXXxPlMY
