KKR vs RR IPL 2022: Umesh Yadav has been a bowling force to reckon with in this season of the IPL, especially in the powerplays. After playing just a match each in IPL 2020 and IPL 2021, Kolkata Knight Riders have used Umesh as their strike bowler upfront, and the bowler has produced results. Umesh Yadav was brought on to bowl the second over of the innings. On the first delivery, Yadav bowled a full-length delivery and RR opener Devdutt Padikkal chipped it straight back to Umesh. The ball came off the cue and Umesh Yadav fumbled in his first attempt to collect it as he extended his right hand.

However, the bowler managed to complete the catch on the second attempt with a 'juggle' to grab the opening wicket for his team. Devdutt Padikkal was dismissed after scoring just 2 runs in 5 balls.
