Virat Kohli has excellent numbers batting in tests at Wankhede. He has registered 433 runs to his name in 4 matches. Kohli's test average at Wankhede is 72.16, with the highest score of 235 runs to his name. The legendary batter scored his last century in 2019 and would be looking to end the drought here.

On the other hand, he'll be facing another dilemma. Shreyas Iyer who made his debut in Kanpur, scored a century & a half-century, hence excluding him doesn't seem sensible. Pujara & Rahane are going through a string of bad form but with the backing they have received from the Indian management, it seems improbable that they'll be left out. The question - who will make place for Virat Kohli in playing XI?
