Fielding standards have gone high in the last decade or so. All the players are now expected to maintain a standard while fielding and taking catches as they come. The teams practice tough catches and situational catches like Tag-team.
The tag-team catch is one where at least two fielders are involved to take a single catch. This situation generally arises at the boundary where a fielder pushes the ball into the field and the other catches.
