Trending

Jason Holder was brilliant with the ball in 1st ODI. He will be the X-factor for the Windies in all three departments along with Jason Mohammad, who has had a few good outings lately.

Sri Lankan batting failed to get going in the first game. Openers Dimuth Karunaratne and Danushka Gunathilaka gave a good start to the team with a century stand. However, the middle order couldn't continue with the momentum and faltered.

Wanindu Hasaranga could be the X-factor for the Lankans, who can contribute both the bat and ball. Thisara Perera could be added in place of Kamindu Mendis to give more firepower in the lower order and a decent option with the ball.

West Indies is in a good form lately which will make it a tough job for Sri Lanka to come back in the series. It will need a special performance for Sri Lanka to beat West Indies at home.
