Debutant Kyle Mayers smacked a double century on his debut to help West Indies chase a target of 395 in the fourth innings against Bangladesh in the first Test at Chittagong. 

Mayers became the fifth batsman to score a double ton on debut and the first player ever to hit it in the fourth innings of a test match.

Mayers got help from Nkruman Bonner, with whom he added 216 runs for the fifth wicket. Joshua Da Silva and Kyle Mayers added 100 runs for the sixth wicket. 

Kyle Mayer remained unbeaten on 210 to finish the game. West Indies lead the two-match series 1-0.
