Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been taken for scans after injuring his thumb off a rising Mitchell Starc delivery on the third day at Sydney. Jadeja looked in discomfort after being hit and didn't take the field during India's fielding.

Earlier today, Rishab Pant was also taken for a scan after being hit on the elbow by Pat Cummins. Wridhiman Saha has been keeping for in the second innings so far.
