History has been created at Adelaide Oval on Saturday as the Indian has ended the innings for 36 runs after Mohammed Shami had to retire after being hit on hand on Day 3. 

Starting the day at the overnight score of 9/1, India lost their nightwatchman, Jasprit Bumrah, first on 15 runs. At 15, India lost their next three batsmen as well - Cheteshwar Pujara, Mayank Agarwal, and Ajinkya Rahane. 

Captain Virat Kohli, after hitting a four, chased an outside off-stump delivery to become the fifth wicket of the day, and sixth overall. Wriddhiman Saha's struggling innings ended soon at the score of 26. R Ashwin was gone the first ball. 

Hanuma Vihari, who looked good, edged one to the keeper - India 31/9. 

Josh Hazlewood took a five-wicket haul and Pat Cummins supported him well by picking up three. 

India, who had a lead of 53 runs after the Australian innings, could only add 36 runs more.
