Wicket-keeper batter Kyle Verrynne was the top scorer for the Proteas with 64 runs (4x8, 6x1). Temba Bavuma contributed with 38 runs, while Sarel Erwee and Kagiso Rabada scored 10 runs each. None of the other batters were able to reach the double-digit mark.
