James Vince's powerful 95 helped Sydney Sixers score 188/6 against Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League(BBL) final on Saturday.
After being put in to bat first, Sixers got off to a decent start scoring 31 runs in the first four overs of the powerplay and lost the wicket of Josh Philippe.
Opener James Vince continued his fine form from the previous matches and increased the scoring rate. Daniel Hughes got out after his brief stay of 13. Despite losing wickets at regular intervals, Vince kept the scoring rate up.
James got finally dismissed at the score of 95 after smashing ten fours and three sixes. The finishing touch was given by Daniel Christian, Jordan Silk, and Carlos Braithwaite.
For Scorchers, Jhye Richardson and Andrew Tye picked up two wickets each, and Fawad Ahmed got the crucial one wicket of James Vince.
