April 14 (CRICKETNMORE) - The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have requested the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) in India to reconsider the venue of the proposed bilateral series against Afghanistan in coming June.
“We told them (BCCI) to reconsider the venue location so that it is convenient for our players. As we will tour West Indies for a full tour after the Afghanistan series It would be better for players if the venue is convenient for traveling. Dehradun is fine but we are looking for a convenient venue and it would be better if the series can be held in Kolkata or Bangalore. Obviously, we are in talks and I am sure BCCI will help us in this matter.” BCB president Nazmul Hasan was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.com.
