The Indian team will be relieved to know that star batters Shikhar Dhawan and Shreyas Iyer have tested negative and will join the squad later this evening for the training session. However, Ruturaj Gaikwad is still in isolation. 

According to the reports, Dhawan and Iyer will be indulging in light fitness exercises and are unlikely to play in the 2nd ODI against West Indies at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. 

The trio along with 3 support staff members tested positive ahead of the 1st ODI due to which Mayank Agarwal, Shahrukh Khan, and Ishan Kishan were included in the ODI squad. 

India leads the three-match ODI series 1-0.
