After a flamboyant batting by openers Jason Roy and Phil Salt, England defeated Netherlands by six-wickets to clinch the three-match ODI series by 2-0.
Jason Roy made 73 runs of 60 deliveries, hitting 13 fours and a six was partnered by Phil Salt who looked more aggressive than Roy as he scored entailing 77 runs of 54 balls, hitting 9 fours. David Malan (36 of 50) and Moeen Ali (40 of 42) driven the England side to the convincing victory in the end.
Earlier, Netherlands batting first made 235/7 in 41 overs with the help of Scott Edwards who made 78 runs of 73 balls by hitting 4 fours and 3 sixes. Other than him, Bas De Leede scored 34 runs of 41 balls & Van Beek played 30 run knock of 36 deliveries to take the Netherlands to a respected total.
