PAK vs ENG: In a contest which was going towards a draw for the first 3 and a half days, turned around with visitors declaring fairly early and Pakistan starting the pursuit in 1st test. With several ups and downs, England finally managed to clinch a 74-run win to take a 1-0 lead in the 3-match series. 

While Pakistan looked on their way to completing an unlikely win as Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan etched a good partnership, the wickets continued to fall after both of them were dismissed in the 2nd session on day 5. 

Pakistan lost 5 wickets in the 3rd session – Ollie Robinson grabbed two wickets in his successive overs while James Anderson grabbed two wickets in a single over to end all Pakistan's hopes.

Agha Salma was the top scorer in the 4th innings with 76 runs while Ollie Robinson and James Anderson grabbed 4 wickets each. Ben Stokes and Jack Leach also managed a wicket each.
