The 5th test match between India and England in Manchester has been called off. 

"Following ongoing conversations with the BCCI, the ECB can confirm that the fifth LV= Insurance Test between England and India Men due to start today at Emirates Old Trafford, will be canceled," the official statement from England Cricket Board said. 

'Due to fears of a further increase in the number of COVID cases inside the camp, India are regrettably unable to field a team." 

Four of the Indian team members have been tested positive including head coach Ravi Shastri, bowling Coach Bharat Arun, and Fielding Coach Sridhar. 

Yesterday, India's assistant physio also turned in with a positive result.
