England will take on New Zealand in the first T20I of a 4-match T20I series at Riverside Ground, Chester-le-Street, on 30th August 2023 from 10:30 pm onwards. Post the T20I series, the two sides will lock horns in a four-match ODI series in preparation for the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup.
England will be the favourites playing at their home but New Zealand will give them a tough battle on the field.
The last time two teams played against each other was back in the T20 World Cup 2022 in which England won that game by 20 runs
