The inaugural season of the International League T20 is set to be played at three venues in UAE. The pitches in Dubai have been more balanced between batting and bowling as compared to the Sharjah ground in UAE. 

The first match of the league will be played on January 13th (Friday) in Dubai, where Rovman Powell's Dubai Capitals will clash against Sunil Narine's Abu Dhabi Knight Riders.

60 runs – Ace Australia pacer Mitchell Starc holds the unwanted record of conceding the most runs in a T20 match at this venue, conceding 60 runs in his 4 overs against New Zealand in the final of the T20 World Cup 2021. 

Anwar Ali – PSL, Fareed Ahmad – Asia Cup, Sohail Khan – PSL and Dale Steyn – IPL have all conceded 57 runs in four-over T20 spells at the venue. 

T20 Hat-tricks at Dubai International Stadium:

A total of 3 hat-tricks have been registered at Dubai International Stadium. Mohammad Amir did the first T20 hat-trick at this venue in PSL 2016 match against Lahore Qalandars while playing for Multan Sultans. 

In turn, Junaid Khan picked up a hat trick while playing for Multan Sultans against Lahore Qalandars in PSL 2018 match. 

Harshal Patel was the third bowler to achieve this feat in Dubai with his hat-trick against Mumbai Indians while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2021.
