India has declared the inning at 303/9 and has set a target of 447 runs for Sri Lanka to chase with more than three days remaining in the second test match.
Shreyas Iyer once again was the top scorer as he made 67 in the second inning. Rishabh Pant hit a fifty as well, while Rohit Sharma scored 46.
For Sri Lanka, Praveen Jayawickrama picked four wickets while Lasith Embuldeniya took three.
