IND vs AUS: Courtesy of a good bowling display in the first innings, team India bowled out Australia for 263 runs in the 3rd session on day 1. Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami and Ravindra Jadeja led the bowling with multiple wickets. 

While openers started carefully, adding 50 runs for the first wicket, David Warner poor run continued as he was dismissed for 15 runs. Usman Khawaja on the other end scored 81 runs and was dismissed due to an over-ambitious reverse sweep against Ravindra Jadeja. 

Down the order, Peter Handscomb displayed good skills against Indian bowling he first etched a partnership of 59 runs for the 5th wicket with Khawaja and another 59-run partnership with Pat Cummins (33) for the 7th wicket. 

For India, Mohammed Shami was the top wicket-taker with 4 wickets to his name while Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja managed 3 wickets each. 

Earlier, Australia captain Pat Cummins won the toss & opted to bat first against India in the 2nd Test of BGT 2023. This match is being played at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi.
