IND vs AUS, 1st Session: Indian team started day 4 well as the home team has just lost one wicket in the form of Ravindra Jadeja and has totaled 362 runs on board. With Virat Kohli still on crease who is nearing his test hundred, eyes will be on Srikar Bharat who has the ability to score big hits if and when needed and is batting well on 25 runs. 

India is now 118 runs away from Australia's first-inning score. Virat Kohli is batting on 88 and has faced 220 balls on day 4 of the 4th test.

The team still has enough firepower to get runs later in the game if the wickets fell in quick succession, Shreyas Iyer, Axar Patel, and Ravichandran Ashwin can bat well. In some previous matches, Umesh Yadav and Mohammad Shami have also capitalized for their team.

With fewer chances of getting the result out from here in this fourth test, both teams can play for a draw. 

Australia has already qualified for the WTC finals, so they would be a happier side but India will be keen to sight for a positive outcome from the New Zealand-Sri Lanka test series, where New Zealand is 257 runs away to wrap up the first test which will eventually favor India.
