IND vs AUS, Day 3: Flamboyant Indian opener Shubman Gill whips his 2nd international test hundred in the fourth test against Australia here at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, Ahmedabad.  

Gill batted facilely and slammed 101 runs in 194 deliveries which also included 10 fours and 1 six. This stylish batter also gained the partnership of 113 runs for the second wicket with Cheteshwar Pujara who went unlucky as he missed his half-century and was halted by Todd Murphy on 42 runs.

India is still 293 runs behind Australia's first-inning score of 480 with 8 wickets in hand and a lot of batting still to come.

India lost its first wicket in the form of skipper Rohit Sharma (35) when the team totaled just 74 runs earlier on the first session of Day 3, Kuhnemann scalped the first biggy for Australia. 

Pujara was batting with gritty intent along with Shubman, but the veteran missed the line and gave his wicket to Todd Murphy while the team was on 187.
