IND vs BAN: India Going Steady; Score 348/7 At Lunch On Day 2

IND vs BAN: Despite losing Shreyas Iyer's wicket, Ravichandran Ashwin has steadied the innings as India's score reads 348/7 at Lunch on Day 1.

Continuing on 278/6, Shreyas Iyer was dismissed in the 8th over of the day, missing his ton by 14 runs. Ebadot Hossain delivered a flurry of short balls and then cleaned up Iyer with a good-length delivery.

Ravichandran Ashwin however has been going well with 40 runs to his name laced with 2 fours & a six. Kuldeep Yadav is also at the crease unbeaten on 21 runs as the spinners etch an unbeaten 50-run partnership for the 8th wicket.

Team India scored 70 runs in 30 overs for just 1 wicket in the morning session on Day 2, and would look to cross the 400-run mark.

Earlier, India captain KL Rahul won the toss & opted to bat first against Bangladesh in the 1st Test. This match is being played at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram.
