Indian spinners bowl out England and win the match by a huge margin of 317 runs in the 2nd test at Chennai.
Axar Patel took his maiden five-wicket haul in the second innings while R Ashwin picked three and Kuldeep Yadav ended up with two to his name.
England resumed day 4 at a score of 53/3 but couldn't add much to the total. Moeen Ali top-scored with 43 runs. It was an entertaining knock by Ali who hit five sixes and three fours.
Earlier, R Ashwin and Rohit Sharma scored centuries. Rohit scored 161 in the first innings while R Ashwin hit 106 runs in the second innings. Ashwin ended with eight wickets in the match as well.
Ajinkya Rahane and Virat Kohli also contributed with important half-centuries to their name.
For England, no batsmen could survive on a turning Chennai wicket however the spinners used the conditions well. Moeen Ali took eight wickets while Jack Leach six wickets in the match.
