Purple Cap Holder Harshal Patel picked up 3 wickets As Royal Challengers Bangalore restricted Sunrisers Hyderabad at 141/7 in 20 overs. For RCB, Dan Christian picked up two wickets while Chahal & Garton picked up 1 each.

For SRH, Jason Roy (44) and Kane Williamson (31) were able to build a good 2nd wicket partnership of 70 runs but apart from the mentioned two batters, none of the other batters were able to cross 20 run mark.
