AB de Villiers (48 of 27 balls), powered Royal Challengers Bangalore to a win against Mumbai Indians in the first match of the IPL 2021. For RCB, Captain Kohli & Washington Sundar opened the innings. Glenn Maxwell & Virat Kohli continued at a good pace but after a flurry of wickets, RCB was in deep trouble when Mr. 360 AB de Villiers managed to pull off another heroic. Even though he was run out in the last over, he had already done the job for his team.
Mumbai Indians, with the help of Chris Lynn's 49 of 35 balls, managed to post 159/9 in 20 Overs. For RCB, Harshal Patel picked up Five wickets, and became the first bowler to take a fifer against MI in the IPL history.
