Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers kept their nerve and defending a low total of 141, were able to stop RCB at 137-6 runs. All 5 bowlers of SRH - Bhuvneshwar, Holder, Kaul, Umraan & Rashid picked up 1 wicket each.

For RCB, Padikkal (41) and Maxwell (40) tried to chase down the target but none of the other batters supported them and failed to even cross 20 run mark individually.

In the first innings, Harshal Patel picked up 3 wickets as RCB restricted SRH at 141/7 in 20 overs. For RCB, Dan Christian picked up two wickets while Chahal & Garton picked up 1 each. For SRH, Jason Roy (44) and Kane Williamson (31) were able to build a good 2nd wicket partnership of 70 runs.
