The Board of Control for Cricket In India(BCCI) has suspended the IPL 2021 indefinitely after several players tested positive for Covid-19 in less than two days. 

BCCI's Vice President Rajiv Shukla confirmed the suspension after SRH's Wriddhiman Saha and DC's Amit Mishra also tested positive for Covid-19. 

There is a case of the base of IPL being shifted to Mumbai however, no official announcement has been made yet.
