Earlier, fifties from KL Rahul and Deepak Hooda got Super Giants to 169/7 in the first inning. Captain Rahul scored 68 in 50 balls while Hooda slammed 51 in 30 balls. The duo were involved in an 87-run stand for the fourth wicket after losing three early wickets.
