For KKR, captain Shreyas Iyer was the top scorer with 50 runs off 29 deliveries with 4 fours & 3 sixes. Nitish Rana & Sam Billings contributed with 42(22) & 36(24) respectively while Rinku Singh played a fiery knock of 40 runs in 15 balls at the end. However, he was dismissed courtesy of a brilliant catch by Evin Lewis in the last over and couldn't take his team to a win.
In the first innings, Lucknow Super Giants openers Quinton de Kock & KL Rahul played thunderous knocks, powering their team to a total of 210/0 against Kolkata Knight Riders.
Quinton de Kock smacked his second IPL career century, smacking an unbeaten 140 runs in 70 deliveries with 10 fours & 10 sixes. Captain KL Rahul on the other hand, remained not out on 68 runs in 51 deliveries with 3 fours & 4 sixes.
There were no wicket-takers for KKR as Lucknow openers didn't let a wicket fall throughout the 20 overs.
