GT vs RR IPL 2022: Table topper Gujarat Titans maintained their form as they defeated Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets to enter the IPL 2022 finals. 

For GT, captain Hardik Pandya scored an unbeaten knock of 40 runs off 27 deliveries with 5 fours while Miller scored 68 runs in 38 balls including 3 fours & 5 sixes, etching an unbroken partnership of 106 runs for the 4th wicket.

GT opener Shubman Gill contributed with 35 runs while Matthew Wade also scored 35 runs. 

For RR, Obed McCoy & Trent Boult picked up 1 wicket each, failing to defend a target of 189. Rajasthan Royals will now meet the winner of Eliminator int he Qualifier 2 on Friday. 

In the first innings, Jos Buttler gained back his form in a crucial match as he powered Rajasthan Royals to 188/6 against Gujarat Titans in the first innings. 

Opening the innings, Jos Buttler played a knock of 89 runs in 56 deliveries with 12 fours & 2 sixes and was dismissed on the last ball of delivery via a runout, but it was also called a no-ball.

Captain Sanju Samson contributed with a classy 26-ball-47 with 5 fours & 3 sixes. Devdutt Padikkal also chipped in with 28 runs off 20 deliveries while batting at #4. 

For GT, Yash Dayal, R Sai Kishore, captain Hardik Pandya & Mohammad Shami picked up 1 wicket. 

Earlier, GT captain Hardik Pandya won the toss & opted to bowl first against RR in Qualifier 1 of IPL 2022. This match was played at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
