Half-centuries from KL Rahul and Deepak Hooda took Lucknow Super Giants to 169/7 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 12th match of the IPL 2022 at Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium. 

On being asked to bat first, Lucknow got off to a poor start as they lost three wickets inside the powerplay and only scored 32 runs.

Rahul and Hooda added 87 runs in 62 balls for the fourth wicket. Hooda was the aggressor among the two, as he scored 51 in 33 balls with the help of three fours and three sixes. 

Rahul continued till the 18th over and scored 68 in 50 balls and get LSG past the 150-run mark. Ayush Badoni made 19 to finish the inning. 

For SRH, Washington Sundar, Romario Shepherd, and T Natarajan took two wickets each.
