GT vs SRH IPL 2022: Rashid Khan & Rahul Tewatia displayed a better version of their match-winning knocks against CSK, and defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 5-wickets in a last-ball thriller.
GT opener Saha remained the top scorer with his 68 runs in 38 balls along with 11 fours and a six. However, Rahul Tewatia scored an unbeaten 40 runs in 21 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes while Rashid Khan smacked 31 runs in 11 balls, including a combined 4 sixes in the last over to win the match for GT.
For Sunrisers Hyderabad, the only wicket-taking bowler was Umran Malik, who picked up a fifer but the lack of support from other bowlers, in the end, meant a defeat for SRH.
In the first innings, After a slow start, Abhishek Sharma and Aiden Markram scored brilliant fifties, powering Sunrisers Hyderabad to 195/6 against Gujarat Titans.
Opening the innings, Abhishek Sharma scored 65 runs in 42 balls with 6 fours and 3 sixes. While Aiden Markram, coming in to bat in the 5th over, scored 56 runs in 40 balls with 2 fours and 3 sixes.
