Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in a low-scoring thriller by three wickets in the 6th match of the IPL 2022. RCB chased down 129 with four balls to spare and three wickets in hand. 

Dinesh Karthik finished things off with his 14 off 7 ball cameo and Harshal Patel's 10 from 6. Sherfane Rutherford top-scored with 28 followed by Shahbaz Ahmed's 27. 

Tim Southee took three wickets for KKR and Umesh Yadav two. 

Earlier, Wanindu Hasaranga's four-wicket haul helped RCB bowl out KKR for 128. Akash Deep also took three wickets and Harshal got two. 

For KKR, Andre Russell made 25 and the next best was 18 from Umesh Yadav.
