PBKS vs RR IPL 2022: Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a fifty in his comeback match as Rajasthan Royals defeated Punjab Kings by 6 wickets. 

Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 68 runs in 41 balls with 9 fours & 2 sixes. All the other batters contributed in 20s & 30s as Rajasthan Royals chased down the target with 2 deliveries in hand. 

For PBKS, Arshdeep Singh picked up 2 wickets while Kagiso Rabada & Rishi Dhawan managed 1 wicket, but the target proved low enough to be defended. 

In the first innings, Jonny Bairstow scored a responsible fifty while opening as Punjab Kings posted 189/5 against Rajasthan Royals in the 52nd match of IPL 2022. 

Bairstow finally gained form as he smacked 56 runs in 40 balls with 8 fours & a six. While Jitesh Sharma scored an unbeaten 38 runs in 18 balls including 4 fours & 2 sixes and Livingstone also smacked 22 runs in 14 balls with a four & 2 sixes to provide the finishing touches. 

For RR, Purple Cap holder Yuzvendra Chahal was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets while Ravichandran Ashwin & Prasidh Krishna managed 1 wicket each.

Earlier, PBKS captain Mayank Agarwal won the toss & opted to bat first against RR in the 52nd match of IPL 2022. This match is being played at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
