IPL 2022 champions Gujarat Titans had a balance IPL 2023 mini-auction, as they ended up buying all the players they placed bids on in the auction. Indian pacer Shivam Mavi was their most expensive buy at 6 crores INR, while they also acquired former Hyderabad skipper Kane Williamson for 2 crores INR. 

Titans also became the first IPL team ever to acquire an Irish player, as they bought pacer Joshua Little for 4.4 crores INR. The Gujarat franchise, playing their just 2nd season, would look for a successful title defence and win their 2nd IPL title.
