Rajasthan Royals revamped their team in the IPL 2022 mega auction and went on to play the finals of the previous season. Jason Holder was their best buy at 2 crores INR, while they also acquired former England captain Joe Root at 1 crore INR, who is set to make his first IPL appearance.
With an already settled team, and the spin attack (Yuzvendra Chahal-Ravichandran Ashwin) boosted by Australian spinner Adam Zampa's inclusion, the team looks powerful enough to go the distance in the upcoming season after their only title coming in the first season of the IPL.
