Lalchand Rajput is positive for his first assignment as Zimbabwe Coach

Speaking at the announcement of the Zimbabwe squad, The 56-year-old said, “As a coach, you like challenges and I think it’s a challenge for me, which I have done with Afghanistan and India when I was appointed the T20 coach and we won the T20 World Cup in 2017,". “With Afghanistan, I was there for one-and-a-half years and we attained Test status. There are areas where we need to tighten up, but we’re working on it. It doesn’t happen overnight.”
