LLC 2023: India Maharajas has to face another defeat at the hands of the World Giants by 3 wickets in the 5th match of the Legends League Cricket.

In the absence of ace batter Gautam Gambhir, India Maharajas scored a low total of 136/9 where Suresh Raina missed his fifties but scored important 49 runs in 41 balls with 2 fours and 3 sixes.

Apart from Raina, Manvinder Bisla got 36 runs, and Irfan Pathan made 25 runs. The rest of the batters couldn't able to push themselves up.

For World Giants, legendary bowler Brett Lee struck 3/18 in 3 overs. Chris Mpofu and Tino Best bagged two wickets each while Samit Patel and Monty Panesar took a one-one wicket.

World Giants came to chase a low total of 136 runs, where the boss cricketer Chris Gayle hammered 57 runs in 46 balls which included 9 fours and 1 six. Shane Watson got 26 runs and the combined efforts from other batters took their team to a comfortable win.
