Mithali Raj Completes 10000 International Runs For India
Indian Women's captain Mithali Raj on Friday completed 10000 International runs during the 3rd ODI against South Africa at Lucknow. She has now become the 2nd highest run-getter in women's cricket after Charlotte Edwards, who scored 10273 runs for England.
Mithali made her debut in 1999 is also the first woman cricketer to complete 20 years in the sport. She has played a total of 311 matches for India and has scored 75 half-centuries and eight hundreds. Raj averages 46.73 across formats.
